1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 By entering into a hire agreement with A-GEO, the hirer (“you” or “customer”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and A-GEO.

2. Equipment Hire

2.1 Scope of Hire: A-GEO provides surveying equipment for hire as specified in the hire agreement.

2.2 Condition of Equipment: The customer acknowledges receipt of the equipment in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

2.3 Duration of Hire: The hire period is as specified in the hire agreement. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservation: Equipment bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by A-GEO.

3.2 Payment Terms: The customer agrees to the payment terms outlined in the invoice provided by A-GEO.

3.3 Security Deposit: A-GEO may require a security deposit, refundable upon the return of the equipment in good condition.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery: A-GEO will make reasonable efforts to deliver the equipment on the agreed-upon date.

4.2 Collection: The customer is responsible for returning the equipment to the agreed location on the specified date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Use of Equipment

5.1 Proper Use: The customer agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any provided instructions or manuals.

5.2 Maintenance: The customer is responsible for basic maintenance of the equipment during the hire period.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Liability: The customer assumes liability for any loss, damage, or theft of the equipment during the hire period.

6.2 Insurance: A-GEO may offer insurance options for the hired equipment. Customers are encouraged to inquire about available coverage.

7. Termination of Hire

7.1 Termination: A-GEO reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement if the customer breaches any terms herein.

7.2 Early Termination: In the event of early termination, the customer remains liable for the agreed-upon hire charges.

8. Other terms

8.1 Jurisdiction: the parts will try to resolve all disputes related to the execution, amendment, violation, termination, legality, validity or translation (interpretation) of this Agreement through mutual negotiations. In the event that an agreement is reached within 2 (two) weeks, the dispute shall be referred to the court of the Republic of Latvia for resolution at the request of the claimant in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. or in the European Commercial Arbitration Court in accordance with the rules of this arbitration court in the composition of one arbitrator

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1 Changes: A-GEO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Updated terms will be provided to the customer in writing.
